Flat-rate pricing ## You bought the clean, not the clock. Your quote is your quote. If we arrive and the home needs significantly more work than expected, we don’t surprise you with a bigger bill. We stop and call first. You choose: keep the original price and prioritize the checklist, or approve additional cleaning at **$60 per service hour**. Nothing gets added to your bill without your approval. If you keep the original price, we’ll agree on what gets done first and what may not be finished. 1 service hour = 1 cleaner for 1 hour or 2 cleaners for 30 minutes. **Crew size may change.** Your clean may be completed by one cleaner or a team. We plan staffing around the home, the clean, and the schedule, but we don’t guarantee a specific number of cleaners. One cleaner may work longer; a larger team may finish sooner. Crew size does not change your flat-rate price or booked checklist. Before we leave ## Walk through the clean before the appointment ends. We clean emptied cabinets, drawers, closets, the fridge, a normal-use oven, vents, outlets, sills, and any sweep areas in your quote. Not included: If furniture or boxes remain, we clean what we can reach. Carpet or upholstery extraction and cleaning behind heavy appliances are outside our service and may require a specialist. Clear when we leave. ### The checklist sets the promise Your clean type and add-ons define the job. If you want something else handled, ask us before the appointment. ### We check our work Before leaving, your cleaner checks each room they could access against the checklist and takes photos where helpful. ### If the home needs more work We stop and call.
