She did a terrific job doing a deep clean in our home. All the key areas I wanted her to focus on came out sparkly clean! From the kitchen, our oven, all our floors, to the bathrooms to the bedrooms. “I had the greatest experience with Laura from the Altitude cleaning crew in Sparks. I scheduled a deep cleaning and was worried because I only saw 1 employee. I had High ceilings, Fans and over 25 windows in the house. But Laura got it done. I am a very particular person and I am happy to say that I would ask for Laura again. Kriz is nice too. I had to reschedule the job a couple of times because I had to take care of my mom. But over all I would recommend Altitude cleaning crew Also, I love their list for the deep cleaning. Thank you all.”

“I want to leave a very positive review even though the job didn’t end up happening. I called this service after being burned by another company that left me stranded, and even though it was a holiday, they bent over backwards to try to help. They spent an hour doing everything possible to find me a cleaner, kept me updated, and treated me with real respect. The effort alone impressed me — it’s rare to see that kind of customer service these days. On top of that, their price was far more reasonable than the first company I called (closer to $120–$150 instead of $250+). If timing and the holiday hadn’t worked against me, I’m confident they would have delivered. This is the kind of company I’ll call again — professional, fair, and genuinely customer-focused.”
